We are now looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial personality as Project Leader / Senior Solution Engineer (m/f/d) in Zurich to successfully manage our accounts, employees, projects and solutions.
Your role:
- Strategy and solution development: Act at the interface between business and IT, develop customized strategies and solutions, shape the digital transformation of our customers.
- Network expansion and partnership: Build sustainable relationships, expand your network and promote trust and partnerships with our customers by creating impact.
- Employee development: Engage in people development, specifically talent development and mentoring to support employee growth.
What we expect:
- Successfully completed university degree.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the financial services sector or in consulting.
- Expertise in methods and frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES.
- Passion for technology and its potential to redesign processes.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
