For our Team in Porto, we are looking for a Software Quality Manager (m/f/d).


The position

  • Software Testing: Perform both manual and automated tests to ensure software meets high standards, focusing on robustness and customer satisfaction. Develop and refine testing strategies.
  • Quality Management: Translate user requirements into actionable test plans, integrate changes seamlessly, and maintain alignment with project goals.
  • Provide Insights: Actively participate in design reviews, offering expert input on functionality, timelines, and potential issues, ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives.


Your experiences and strengths

  • Successfully completed university studies with at least two years of experience as a Quality Engineer/Tester: manual and automated testing.
  • Structured, detail-oriented mindset passionate about quality. Capable of translating complex user requirements into actionable test and development plans.
  • Proactive in design reviews, and adept at solving problems to align projects with strategic objectives.
  • Ambitious and eager to tackle new challenges, ready to develop into a role with leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent English language skills, with a proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
