Supporter, Helpdesk Agent (m/f/d); Remote, 40-80% – Italian Speaker

As IT professionals, we develop, implement, and support software solutions for well-known companies in Switzerland and Europe.
For our online tax solutions in Switzerland, we are looking for a reliable 1st Level Supporter (m/f/d) with Italian language skills to answer citizen inquiries about the use of our tax software on a part-time basis from home via telephone and email.
The position:

1st Level User & Application Support (tax environment).

Processing customer inquiries by phone and email.

Registering, classifying, and documenting incidents.

Forwarding fault reports to 2nd level support if an independent solution is not possible.

During the agreed working hours (block times), telephone availability and response time must be guaranteed.
Your profile:

Service-oriented, friendly, confident personality with an affinity for IT.

Experience as a helpdesk agent is an advantage.

Very good Italian skills (spoken and written), (Swiss) German skills are an advantage.

A quiet working environment and fast internet must be guaranteed.
